The Employer shall notify the Union two (2) weeks in advance of the orientation where practicable.

4.09 Job Stewards
(a) The name of one (1) Job Xxxxxxx shall be supplied to the Employer before they are recognized as a Job Xxxxxxx.
(b) A Job Xxxxxxx may, at the request of an Employee, accompany or represent them at formal investigations disciplinary meetings or during the processing of a grievance including the grievance hearing.
(c) When it becomes necessary to leave work for these functions, a Job Xxxxxxx shall obtain permission from their supervisor to leave work and agreement on the length of time of such leave. Such permission shall be requested with as much advance notice as possible and shall not be unreasonably denied. Job Stewards shall suffer no loss of regular earnings for leave under this Article.

5.08 At the beginning of each calendar year, the Union will provide written confirmation to the Employer, of the names of the Union’s Representatives.
5.09 Representatives of the Union will be granted time off with pay in order to participate in collective bargaining with the Employer. HSAA agrees to reimburse the Employer for actual salary paid to the Employee while on leave plus an administrative charge of fifteen percent (15%).
5.10 Members of the Executive Council of HSAA will be granted time off with pay to attend meetings of the Executive Council. Time off will be requested in writing with as much advance notice as possible. 4.09 Subject to operational requirements, time off granted in accordance with Article 30.07 shall be with pay, and the Union agrees to reimburse the Employer for the total cost of the absence plus a fifteen (15) percent administration fee.

3.8 A representative of the Union shall have the right to make a presentation of up to forty-five thirty (4530) minutes paid time during the probationary period or at the orientation of new employees Employees with respect to the structure of the Union, Union as well as the rights, responsibilities responsibilities, and benefits under the Collective Agreement, provided, however, that attendance at the presentation shall not be compulsory and, further, that a representative of the Employer may be present at such presentation. 4.07 5.07 The name of the local unit representatives person(s) acting as the Union Representative shall be supplied in writing to the Employer before they are she is recognized as a Union representative. 5.08 At the beginning of each calendar year, the Union will provide written confirmation to the Employer, of the names of the Union’s Representatives.
5.09 Representatives of the Union will be granted time off with pay in order to participate in collective bargaining with the Employer. XXXX agrees to reimburse the Employer for actual salary paid to the Employee while on leave plus an administrative charge of fifteen percent (15%).
5.10 Members of the Executive Council of HSAA will be granted time off with pay to attend meetings of the Executive Council. Time off will be requested in writing with as much advance notice as possible.
