Common use of Recognition for Previous Experience Clause in Contracts

Recognition for Previous Experience. Nurses first employed during the term of this Agreement shall be compensated at a salary level equal to the nurse’s number of years of continuous recent experience in nursing. For purposes of this section, continuous recent experience shall be defined as relevant clinical nursing experience, with due consideration to breaks in nursing experience which would impact the level of nursing skills, as determined by the Employer.
