RECOGNITION OF OCCFA. The College recognizes the Oakland Community College Faculty Association (OCCFA) as the exclusive representative to the extent required by Michigan Public Act 379 of 1965, as amended, for the purpose of collective bargaining for all full-time faculty with respect to hours, wages, terms and conditions of employment during the term of this Agreement.
