Common use of Recognition of Stewards, Representatives and Grievance Committee Clause in Contracts

Recognition of Stewards, Representatives and Grievance Committee. In order to provide an orderly and speedy procedure for the settling of grievances or potential grievances, the Employer acknowledges the role of the Union Xxxxxxx and BCUWU Representatives in the grievance process. The Stewards and Representatives will assist any Employee represented by the Union in preparing and presenting the Employee’s grievance in accordance with the grievance procedure.
