Recognition of Xxxxxxx. The Employer agrees to recognize a Union Xxxxxxx elected or appointed by the Union from employees of the Bargaining Unit upon being notified by the Union of the election or appointment. The Shop Xxxxxxx will be allowed to wear a Shop Xxxxxxx badge while on duty.
