Authorised Users individuals who are authorised by the Institution to access the Institution's information services whether on-site or off-site via Secure Authentication and who are affiliated to the Institution as a current student (including but not limited to undergraduates, postgraduates and guest students), member of staff (whether on a permanent or temporary basis including retired members of staff and any teacher who teaches Authorised Users) or contractor or registered user of the Institution. Persons who are not currently a student, member of staff, contractor or registered user of the Institution, but who are permitted to access the Institution's information services from computer terminals or otherwise within the physical premises of the Institution ["Walk-In Users"] are also deemed to be Authorised Users, only for the time they are within the physical premises of the Institution.
Authorised Representatives Each of the Parties shall by notice in writing designate their respective authorised representatives through whom only all communications shall be made. A Party hereto shall be entitled to remove and/or substitute or make fresh appointment of such authorised representative by similar notice.
Authorised Persons If § 3.4 (Authorised Persons) is specified as applying to a Party in the Election Sheet, Individual Contracts may be negotiated, confirmed and signed on behalf of that Party exclusively by those persons listed by it for such purposes as may be specified in an Annex to this General Agreement. Each Party may unilaterally amend and supplement in writing the list of persons currently authorised to act on its behalf at any time. Such amendments and supplements shall become effective upon their receipt by the other Party.
Travelling Time and Fares Employees will be paid an excess fares allowance as prescribed by Schedule A per day where they have entitlement to this allowance under the Parent Award. Where an employee has an entitlement to the average excess travelling time payment pursuant to sub-clause
TRAVELLING 46.1 Where an employee is required by the Council to travel on Council business outside his headquarters area as normally defined by the Council, the method of travel shall be determined by the Council and the employee shall be compensated in the following manner:
Authorised Representative The Issuer will notify the Dealers immediately in writing if any of the persons named in the list referred to in paragraph 3 of Part 1 of the Initial Documentation List ceases to be authorised to take action on its behalf or if any additional person becomes so authorised together, in the case of an additional authorised person, with evidence satisfactory to the Dealers that such person has been so authorised.
Passengers THE CARRIER shall be liable for damages resulting from the death of a Passenger or any bodily injury sustained by a Passenger if the act causing the damages took place on board the aircraft or during boarding or deboarding operations.
Unauthorised Transactions As between you and Stripe, you are responsible for Card Transactions, and fees and penalties Stripe incurs resulting from any Card Authorised User’s failure to (a) exercise reasonable care in safeguarding Cards from loss or theft; or (b) promptly report loss or theft, including fraud. Additionally, to the extent Law permits, if you or a Card Authorised User allows another party to use the Card or Card Account Data for any purpose or if an unauthorised person uses a Card or Card Account Data, you will be liable for that use, including all losses, damages and costs arising out of or relating to that use. To the extent Law permits, Stripe is not liable for any losses, damages or costs to you or your Card Authorised Users arising out of or relating to (y) unauthorised access to or use of a Card or your Stripe Issuing Account; or (z) your failure to use or implement anti-fraud measures, security controls or any other data security measures.
TRAVELLING TIME 12.01 For the purposes of this Agreement travelling time is compensated for only in the circumstances and to the extent provided for in this Article.
Trainees Except as provided in 29 CFR 5.16, trainees will not be permitted to work at less than the predetermined rate for the work performed unless they are employed pursuant to and individually registered in a program which has received prior approval, evidenced by formal certification by the U.S. Department of Labor,
