VACANCIES AND PROMOTIONS 10.1 All openings for instructional and administrative positions shall be posted on the District website. Notice of these vacancies shall be posted at least five (5) work days prior to the filling of such vacancy. Vacancies which occur during June, July, and August shall be posted for only four (4) work days. Vacancies that occur within one week of the beginning of school, within one week after the Deputy Superintendent’s FTE mini-count, or during the school year due to a resignation or approved transfer, may be filled prior to the job closing if a qualified applicant is available. Agreement between the Superintendent and the ABCE President will be necessary for this to occur. Vacancies that occur in “Critical Shortage Areas” shall be advertised in accordance with the contract but may be filled prior to the job closing, with an available, certified and qualified applicant. Certified: Hold a valid in-field Florida temporary or professional certificate that matches the certification(s) required for the position being advertised. Qualified: Anyone using the High Objective Uniform State Standard of Evaluation (HOUSSE) plan to qualify must meet the criteria outlined in School Board policy and match the certification required for the position being advertised. Alternately, state-certified teachers may also be required to "qualify" for positions by holding additional endorsements such as ESOL, Reading, and Gifted. Exception: Applicants applying for positions that require district-granted CTE certification (non-transferable) need not hold that certification prior to being selected for an interview but must meet the minimum criteria outlined in the district's Process for Granting District CTE Certificates.
Conclusions and Recommendations Based on our country-by-country analysis, 197 of the AEWA populations are already well-monitored both for population size and trend. Our prioritisation method allowed focusing on the AEWA conservation and management priorities (Priorities 1-2) and to consider cost effectiveness and feasibility (Priorities 3-6). Theoretically, the two- third target of the AEWA Strategic Plan can be just attained by focusing on the development of monitoring activities for Priority 1-5 populations (i.e. leaving out the 168 more widespread Priority 6 populations that would require more species-specific monitoring methods. Most of the Priority 1-5 populations would require improvement of the IWC though regional schemes focusing on the West Asian / East African flyway with possibly three subregional components in the Central Asia, Arabia and Eastern and Southern Africa. In the latter region, improvements in Tanzania and Mozambique are particularly important. In the Black Sea - Mediterranean - Sahelian flyway the focus should be primarily on the Sahel countries and especially on increasing the consistency of annual counts. The quality of monitoring is already better in the Black Sea and Mediterranean regions. In the East Atlantic, the ongoing capacity-building activities should continue and the consistency and representativity of site coverage should be further strengthened in most countries. Angola would require a major capacity improvement but primarily for the intra-African migrants on inland wetlands. It is also clear that the targets of the AEWA Strategic Plan cannot be achieved without complementing the IWC with periodic aerial surveys both in Western Africa as well as in Eastern and Southern Africa, by setting up a periodic offshore waterbird monitoring scheme in the Caspian Sea and by focusing in each country on a relatively small number of breeding bird species strategically selected in this report.

Information and Services Required of the Owner The Owner shall provide information with reasonable promptness, regarding requirements for and limitations on the Project, including a written program which shall set forth the Owner’s objectives, constraints, and criteria, including schedule, space requirements and relationships, flexibility and expandability, special equipment, systems, sustainability and site requirements.
BOARDS 2.12.1 The provisions of 2.12.2 apply to the: Enrollment Commission; Yukon Land Use Planning Council; Regional Land Use Planning Commissions; Yukon Development Assessment Board; Yukon Heritage Resources Board; Yukon Geographical Place Names Board; Yukon Water Board; Fish and Wildlife Management Board, including the Salmon Sub-Committee; Renewable Resources Councils; Dispute Resolution Board; Surface Rights Board; Kluane National Park Management Board; and any other entity agreed to in a Yukon First Nation Final Agreement. 2.12.2 Unless otherwise provided in a Settlement Agreement, the following provisions shall apply to a Board: 2.12.2.1 a majority of the members nominated by Yukon First Nations or the Council for Yukon Indians, as the case may be, and a majority of the members nominated by Government shall be residents of the Yukon; 2.12.2.2 the Council for Yukon Indians or Yukon First Nations, as the case may be, and Government, shall put forward their nominees within 60 days of a request by the Minister; 2.12.2.3 appointments of Government nominees shall be made by the Minister as soon as practicable; 2.12.2.4 the Minister shall appoint as soon as practicable those persons nominated by Yukon First Nations or the Council for Yukon Indians, as the case may be; 2.12.2.5 in the event of a vacancy, the Board may discharge its duties with such members as have been nominated and appointed; 2.12.2.6 a member shall not be deemed to be in a position of conflict of interest solely by virtue of being a Yukon Indian Person; 2.12.2.7 members may only be removed for cause, provided however that, in addition to the grounds for removal for cause recognized generally in Law, a Board, may specify additional grounds in its procedures; 2.12.2.8 each Board shall prepare an annual budget for review and approval by Government and the approved expenses of the Board shall be a charge on Government; 2.12.2.9 each Board shall consider including in its annual budget funding to allow the Board to provide its members with cross cultural orientation and education, and other training directed to improving its members' ability to carry out their responsibilities, as well as funding for facilities to allow board members to carry out their responsibilities in their traditional languages; 2.12.2.10 each Board may adopt bylaws for its internal management and may make rules governing its procedures consistent with the Umbrella Final Agreement and with any Legislation establishing the Board; 2.12.2.11 appointments to a Board shall be for a three year term except that the term of initial appointments to a Board may, in the discretion of the nominating party, be less than but not exceed three years and any appointment replacing a member whose term has not expired shall only be for the unexpired portion of that term; and 2.12.2.12 members of Boards shall not be delegates of the parties who nominate or appoint them.
RELATIONSHIP WITH DIRECTORS Directors, officers and employees of the Advisor or an Affiliate of the Advisor may serve as Directors, officers or employees of the Company, except that no director, officer or employee of the Advisor or its Affiliates who also is a Director shall receive any compensation from the Company for serving as a Director other than reasonable reimbursement for travel and related expenses incurred in attending meetings of the Board.
Supervisors Supervisors may continue to perform bargaining unit work which is incidental to their jobs. They may also perform bargaining unit work in emergency situations and where such work is necessary to train a covered member. Such work by supervisors may result from but shall not cause any layoffs of covered members.
