Personal Advice definition

Personal Advice means advice given to a consumer in relation to the suitability of a specific financial product or service for the consumer taking into account their financial objectives, needs and capacity.
Personal Advice means financial product advice that is given or directed to a person (including by electronic means) in circumstances where:

Personal Advice has the same meaning as given to it in the Act.
