Recommended Procedure. a) Any complaint may be lodged in confidence with a Harassment Officer of the complainant's choice. The Harassment Officer shall immediately notify the accused of the complaint and the Executive Director. In the event that the accused is the Executive Director, an Employer representative will be notified.
