Record Information. A. Contractor shall include all clarifications obtained through the RFI process into the record information in accordance with Section 017839. SECTION 012663 CHANGE ORDER PROCEDURES PART 1 - GENERAL
Record Information. Any changes which may occur following employment, i.e., change of name, address, phone number, marital status, number of dependents for tax withholding purposes, person to notify in case of emergency, etc., must be brought to the attention of Human Resources and the employee's supervisor immediately.
Record Information. The information in items A to T must be recorded, as it becomes available, and maintained in the operating record until closure of the facility.
