Grantee shall do and perform at its own cost all acts necessary to the prompt recording of this Restriction which shall become effective upon its being duly executed by the Grantor, the City of Newburyport, and the Newburyport Historical Commission, its being approved by the Massachusetts Historical Commission, and its being recorded with the Southern Essex County District Registry of Deeds.

Recording and Effective Date. This Agreement shall be recorded in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of Summit County, Colorado. This Agreement shall not be effective until it is recorded in the Summit County Clerk and Recorder’s Office (“Effective Date”).

After the Agreement has been executed by the Parties, and after the date the Comprehensive Plan Amendment and Zoning Designation Amendment become effective, the City shall record the Agreement in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, at the Developer’s expense and shall forward a copy of the recorded Agreement to the Florida Department of Community Affairs (“DCA”). Thirty (30) days after receipt of the recorded Agreement by the DCA, this Agreement shall become effective (the “Effective Date”).
