RECORDING PROHIBITED. This Agreement shall not be recorded in any Registry of Deeds or other office or place of public record. If Buyer shall record this Agreement or cause or permit the same to be recorded, Seller may, at its option, elect to treat such act as a default by Buyer under this Agreement.
RECORDING PROHIBITED. Neither this Lease, nor any memorandum, affidavit or other writing with respect hereto, shall be recorded in any public record by Tenant or by anyone acting through, under or on behalf of Tenant, and the recording thereof in violation of this provision shall make this Lease null and void at Landlord’s election.
