Common use of Records of Contractor’s Equipment Clause in Contracts

Records of Contractor’s Equipment. Prior to starting work on the Affected Site, the Contractor will compile a list of his equipment, either owned or hired, which will be used for the execution of this contract. It should include the make, type, year of manufacture, colour and function or use. This list will be signed off by the Contractor and the Service Manager.  Any electrical equipment or appliances used by the Contractor must comply with all relevant safety regulations and requirements and be maintained in safe and proper working condition.  The Employer has the right to stop the Contractor's use of any electrical equipment or appliance, which in the Employer’s opinion does not conform to the foregoing.
