Common use of Records of Contractor’s Equipment Clause in Contracts

Records of Contractor’s Equipment.  Contractor’s equipment (cell phones with cameras, computers, cameras, etc.) to be declared and signed in at security.  All test equipment must be calibrated and tested regularly and certificates must be handed in to the Service Manager for record keeping.  All equipment and tools needs to be marked and a list off all tools with the identification number to be provided to the Service Manager when entering site.  All lost equipment and tools to be declared to the Service Manager and full details of incident.
