Records of Defending Attorneys. Pursuant to Idaho Code § 19-864, Attorney shall keep appropriate records respecting each person whom he represents under this act and shall submit an annual report to the board of county commissioners and the appropriate administrative district judge showing the number of persons represented under this act, the crimes involved and the expenditures, totaled by kind, made in carrying out the responsibilities imposed by this act. Xxxxxx County reserves the right to terminate this contract if Attorney fails to provide timely reports or is found to have provided inaccurate information.

Records of Defending Attorneys. Pursuant to Idaho Code § 19-864, the Conflict Attorney shall keep appropriate records respecting each court appointed client whom he or she represents and shall submit an annual report to the Xxxxxx County Board of County Commissioners, the appropriate Administrative District Judge and the Idaho Public Defense Commission documenting the number of clients represented under this act, the crimes involved and the expenditures, totaled by kind, made in carrying out the responsibilities imposed by this act. The Conflict Attorney shall use the form used by the Idaho Public Defense Commission. The County reserves the right to terminate this contract if the Conflict Attorney fails to provide timely reports or is found to have provided inaccurate information.

The request for an appearance shall indicate specifically on what matters and by virtue of what title or qualification the official will be questioned.

  • General Allegations The Settling Entity enters into this Settlement Agreement on behalf of the noticed violator described in subsection 1.4 below, with whom such Settling Entity has a contract for one or more of the products at issue which contains indemnity and defense clauses. The Settling Entity has accepted a tender from the noticed violator and approached Xxxxxxx to resolve such violator’s alleged liability. Additionally, the Settling Entity is making commitments in furtherance of the public interest as set forth below. Xxxxxxx alleges that the Settling Entity manufactures, imports, distributes, sells and/or otherwise facilitates for sale in California the lead products defined below, and that it does so without providing the health hazard warning required by Proposition 65 for consumer exposures to lead. Lead is listed pursuant to Proposition 65 as a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer, and birth defects or other reproductive harm.

  • Attorneys Each of the attorneys executing this agreement states that the attorney has no notice of the revocation of the power of attorney appointing that attorney.

  • Cooperation with Investigations You agree to cooperate with us in the investigation of unusual transactions, poor quality transmissions, and resolution of customer claims, including by providing, upon request and without further cost, any originals or copies of items deposited through the Service in your possession and your records relating to such items and transmissions.

  • Inspection of Documents Consulting Engineer/Architect shall maintain all Project records for inspection by City during the contract period and for three (3) years from the date of final payment.
