Recovery from System Failures. Measures to recover from the unintended release of any hazard are put in place to mitigate the effects of the release. These measures may be simple, e.g. first aid kits, or complex, e.g. emergency plans. They are included with the controls in place to prevent the hazard being released.

  • Operation Delays STATE shall have the authority to delay or suspend the operations of PURCHASER and contractors of PURCHASER, wholly or in part, under this contract for such period or periods necessary due to fire hazard conditions, severe weather occurrence, surveying for threatened or endangered species listed under the state or federal Endangered Species Act, or any other activity STATE determines to be necessary for identification, management, or protection of a threatened or endangered species. PURCHASER agrees to cooperate with surveying efforts of STATE or its contractors. In no event shall STATE be liable for any costs incurred by PURCHASER by reason of delay or suspension under this section, including but not limited to costs of additional move-in/move-out of equipment and personnel, extra fire and equipment security, and insurance or bonding expenses.

  • FOOD LOSS To receive coverage for food loss resulting from the failure of the covered refrigerator or freezer, the failure of Your refrigerator or freezer must be due to a defect in the components of the appliance, and not a power failure of any kind. You will be reimbursed up to two hundred dollars ($200) once during the coverage period. To receive payment, You must have the appliance repaired by a service center authorized by the Administrator and submit the following: a copy of the repair order, and itemized list of perishable food lost due to the lack of refrigeration, and proof of purchase for the replaced food.

  • How Do I Correct an Excess Contribution? If you make a contribution in excess of your allowable maximum, you may correct the excess contribution and avoid the 6% penalty tax for that year by withdrawing the excess contribution and its earnings on or before the date, including extensions, for filing your tax return for the tax year for which the contribution was made (generally October 15th). Any earnings on the withdrawn excess contribution may also be subject to the 10% early distribution penalty tax if you are under age 59½. In addition, although you will still owe penalty taxes for one or more years, excess contributions may be withdrawn after the time for filing your tax return. Excess contributions for one year may be carried forward and applied against the contribution limitation in succeeding years.   • CLEC OUTAGE For a problem limited to one CLEC (or a building with multiple CLECs), BellSouth has several options available for restoring service quickly. For those CLECs that have agreements with other CLECs, BellSouth can immediately start directing traffic to a provisional CLEC for completion. This alternative is dependent upon BellSouth having concurrence from the affected CLECs. Whether or not the affected CLECs have requested a traffic transfer to another CLEC will not impact BellSouth's resolve to re-establish traffic to the original destination as quickly as possible.

One differential will be paid per shift per orientee to the primary preceptor for all hours served as the primary preceptor for that shift. Preceptor will only be paid while the newly hired nurse is in a one-to-one status. Preceptor is a voluntary assignment and the nurse has the option to refuse the preceptor assignment.
