Recovery of Vacation Sample Clauses

Recovery of Vacation. Holiday and Sick Pay (Instructions: Offeror should explain whether it recovers vacation, holiday, and sick leave through a corporate indirect rate (e.g. Overhead or Fringe rate) or through a direct cost. If the Offeror recovers vacation, holiday, and sick leave through a corporate indirect rate, it should state in this section the number of working days in a calendar year it normally bills to contracts to account for the vacation, holiday, and sick leave days that will not be billed directly to the contract since this cost is being recovered through the corporate indirect rate.)
