GOVERNMENT SUBCONTRACT. (a) This Contract is entered into by the parties in support of a U.S. Government contract.
GOVERNMENT SUBCONTRACT. If a government contract number appears on the face of this order, Supplier agrees to comply with all terms and conditions of that government contract.
GOVERNMENT SUBCONTRACT. This Agreement is entered into by the parties in support of a U.S. Government contract. As used in the FAR clauses referenced below and otherwise in this Contract:

GOVERNMENT SUBCONTRACT. If a government contract number appears on the face of this order, Supplier agrees to comply with all terms and conditions of that government contract (which appear on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof) and with any other pertinent laws, Presidential directives and executive orders to the extent that they apply to the subject matter of this order.
GOVERNMENT SUBCONTRACT. This Agreement is entered into by the parties in support of a United States Government contract. As used in the clauses referenced below and otherwise, the following definitions shall apply:
GOVERNMENT SUBCONTRACT. If a government contract number appears on the face of this order, Xxxxxx agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of that government contract which appear on any Exhibit attached hereto and made a part hereof, and with any other pertinent laws, directives and orders to the extent that they apply to the subject matter of this order.
GOVERNMENT SUBCONTRACT. If a government contract number appears on the face of this order, Seller agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of that government contract which appear on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof, and with any other pertinent laws, Presidential directives and executive orders to the extent that they apply to the subject matter of this order. To the extent not exempt, Freescale and Seller shall abide by the requirements of 41 CFR §§ 60- 1.4(a), 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a). These regulations prohibit discrimination against qualified individuals based on their status as protected veterans or individuals with disabilities, and prohibit discrimination against all individuals based on their race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. Moreover, these regulations require that covered prime contractors and subcontractors take affirmative action to employ and advance in employment individuals without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, protected veteran status or disability.
GOVERNMENT SUBCONTRACT. This Agreement is a subcontract under Customer’s contract with the Federal Aviation Administration, Contract No. DTFA01-02-C-00023. Supplier shall comply with the contract clauses listed below. GOVERNMENT SUBCONTRACT. If this contract is a subcontract under a United States government prime contract, Neogen accepts only those terms and conditions that are required to be included in subcontracts entered into by Buyer with respect to such United States government prime contract and no others. Neogen accepts no terms or conditions with respect to adjustment of price, patent warranty or licenses, warranty, limitation of Buyer’s liability, or special tooling except as appear herein or where the subject of a separate letter agreement that has been duly executed by an authorized officer of Neogen.
