Common use of Recovery Schedule Clause in Contracts

Recovery Schedule. In addition to providing a schedule update every thirty (30) days, the Contractor, shall take the steps necessary to improve Contractor’s progress and demonstrate to the District and Architect that the Contractor has seriously considered how the lost time, the Completion Date, or the milestones that are required to be met within the terms of the Contract. Contractor shall provide a Recovery Schedule showing how Milestones and the Completion Date will be met.

Recovery Schedule. In addition to providing a schedule update every thirty (30) days, the Contractor, if requested by the Architect or Owner, shall take the steps necessary to improve Contractor’s progress and demonstrate to the District Owner and Architect that the Contractor has seriously considered how the lost time, the Completion Date, or the milestones that are required to be met within the terms of the Contract. Contractor shall immediately provide a Recovery Schedule showing how Milestones and the Completion Date will be met. In no case, shall a Recovery Schedule be provided later than ten (10) days following the request for a Recovery Schedule from the Architect or Owner.
