Common use of Recreation Clause in Contracts

Recreation. Therapeutic Recreation is a planned process which utilizes techniques to assess, prescribe, treat, and evaluate the success of treatment for the child/youth who experiences significant barriers to leisure fulfillment. These barriers include the lack of physiological, psychological, and/or social skills. Recreational and other leisure-time activity services provide for the development, maintenance, and expression of an appropriate leisure/social lifestyle limitations.
