RECREATIONAL PROGRAMS. NBOC, Inc./AL will regularly schedule social, educational, religious, recreational and therapeutic activity programs and provide opportunities for socializing and access to community resources, as appropriate for each Resident.
RECREATIONAL PROGRAMS. NBOC, Inc./AL will regularly schedule social, educational, religious, recreational and therapeutic activity programs and provide opportunities for socializing and access to community resources as appropriate for each Resident. The Special Care Residence will provide a minimum of ten hours a day, every day, of enrichment programming.
RECREATIONAL PROGRAMS. T3 will work with the Avon Parks Department annually to create three (3) fixed programs per year, with no more than one (1) of the three (3) programs taking place per season (Fall, Winter, Spring) each such program to permit use on one day for a period of no more than three (3) hours. Please note, for the purposes of this Agreement the terms annual, annually, and year shall be defined as the time period between August 15 and May 31. Each respective program will specify Avon’s Permitted Use of the Athletic Facilities and will be scheduled at least sixty (60) days prior to September 1 for Fall programs, December 1 for Winter programs and March 1 for Spring programs.

  • Educational Program A. DSST PUBLIC SCHOOLS shall implement and maintain the following characteristics of its educational program in addition to those identified in the Network Contract at DSST XXXX MIDDLE SCHOOL (“the School” within Exhibit A-3). These characteristics are subject to modification with the District’s written approval:

  • Alignment with Modernization Foundational Programs and Foundational Capabilities The activities and services that the LPHA has agreed to deliver under this Program Element align with Foundational Programs and Foundational Capabilities and the public health accountability metrics (if applicable), as follows (see Oregon’s Public Health Modernization Manual, (xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/oha/PH/ABOUT/TASKFORCE/Documents/public_health_modernization_man ual.pdf): a.
