Resident Services. Owner will provide timely resident services (“Services”) appropriate to the Project population and consistent with the Resident Plan, including revisions to the Resident Plan from time to time.

Resident Services. With respect to each Facility: (a) All leases/resident agreements and amendments or revisions thereto with respect to a Facility shall comply fully with the requirements of the State where the Facility is located and local laws and ordinances and the requirements of any lender holding a Mortgage on such Facility, and shall be submitted to Cypress for its approval in advance of first use. (b) Manager shall supervise, cooperate and coordinate with the Executive Director in managing the Facility in accordance with the Annual Marketing Plan and the Approved Budget in order to ensure that each resident of the Facility is provided with those services and level of care as defined in the resident agreement with each resident and those personalized services which a resident may have agreed to pay for as set forth elsewhere in the resident agreement. (c) Manager shall provide Cypress with a schedule of aged accounts receivables on a monthly basis. Owner and Cypress hereby authorize Manager, as agent of Cypress in its capacity as agent of Owner, to take all appropriate action on Owner's behalf to enforce any and all rights and remedies of Owner under leases in the Facility, as well as at law or in equity, if appropriate, with respect to a default by a tenant including, but not limited to, the giving of all notices of intention to end the term of a lease or otherwise, and the taking of all such other action as may, in the reasonable professional judgment of Manager, be desirable or proper for the protection of the interests of Owner (however, no tenant may be evicted from its space and no lease or residency agreement may be terminated, other than in accordance with the lease or residency agreement, without Cypress' prior written approval, not to be unreasonably withheld). Manager may, at the expense and in the name of Owner and with Cypress' prior written approval, employ counsel and collection agencies to enforce any right or remedy against any tenant that is in default in the performance of its obligations under any lease in the Facility. Cypress reserves the right to supervise and designate such counsel.
Resident Services. An array of services will be provided to tenants at no charge, including but not limited to connection with job training and employment programs, income and food support organizations, education on the rights and responsibilities of renting, health care, and other programs.
Resident Services. The Borrower will comply with all applicable requirements of the Act, including submitting (via the electronic filing system available on the Corporation’s website) the Fair Housing Sponsor Report to the Corporation and in the form available on the Corporation’s website at the time of submission by March 1 of each year, commencing [DATE], together with a summary of resident service programs which must be a minimum of five resident services offered at least once per quarter chosen from the TSAHC Resident Services Program Guidelines, as amended; the current Guidelines are attached hereto as Appendix B (the “Program Plan”). The Program Plan is subject to review and approval by the Corporation; however a Program Plan will be deemed approved if Corporation does not respond within 20 calendar days from date of receipt of a proposed Program Plan. The Borrower, or an entity contracted by the Borrower, will perform and provide the services set forth in the Program Plan; provided, however, the first Program Plan shall not be required to be submitted until the date of completion of the [construction/renovation] of the Property. The Borrower, or an entity contracted by the Borrower, will expend at least $ per unit per month to deliver such services to the residents of the Property. The Borrower may itself be the service provider or may contract with a third party for such resident services. The Borrower must maintain a dedicated budget for the services in the approved Program Plan, and such budget should include transportation costs if the services in the Program Plan will be provided off-site and to the extent feasible, the budget should include salaries for on-site staff to provide or coordinate services.

Resident Services. Property-based services that coordinate on-site activities and information and referral services for the purpose of accessing services offered by third-party providers. Resident Services promote resiliency and stability through community asset building. Examples of Resident Services include employment programs; adult education programs; community safety, and resident leadership. Resident Services may be available through referral and/or on-site with at least one staff to coordinate and deliver services. Classes and activities based on resident needs may be offered on site. Activities and services may include such things as nutrition financial literacy classes, employment services, adult education and community building and engagement and eviction prevention. Residents who participate in employment services and/or who may become employed are not disqualified from remaining in the HtH program.
Resident Services. Resident hereby acknowledges that Management is making available to Management residents, supportive services programs and assistance. Such services are designed to assist residents with problems or concerns that may hinder residents from enjoying economic self-sufficiency. Resident agrees and acknowledges that it is Resident’s responsibility to access such services by contacting the Management Office or the onsite Social Services staff (if applicable).
