Access to Services 1. Subject to DHCS provider enrollment certification requirements, the Contractor shall maintain continuous availability and accessibility of covered services and facilities, service sites, and personnel to provide the covered services through use of DMC certified providers. Such services shall not be limited due to budgetary constraints.
Changes to Services Any changes to the Services that are mutually agreed upon between the Town and the Contractor shall be made in a formal writing referencing this Agreement and, only upon execution by both Parties of such formal writing, shall become an amendment to the Services described in this Agreement. To be effective, any written change must be signed by the Contractor and by the Town or by a person expressly authorized in writing to sign on behalf of the Town. Changes to the Services or to this Agreement shall not be made through oral agreement or electronic mail messages.
Extra Services 1.4.1 In special cases, fees shall be paid to the Professional for extra services as described in Paragraph 7.4 and shall be in addition to the basic services fee as follows
Selection of Consulting Services 7. Except as ADB may otherwise agree, and except as set forth in the paragraph below, the Borrower shall apply quality- and cost-based selection for selecting and engaging Consulting Services. Schedule 4
New Services (a) From time to time during the term of this Agreement, either Party may request the other Party to provide additional or different services which such other Party is not expressly obligated to provide under this Agreement (excluding, for the avoidance of doubt, any Additional Services or Service Increases, the “New Services”). The Party receiving such request shall consider such request in good faith; provided, however, that no Party shall be obligated to provide any New Services, including because, after negotiations between the Parties pursuant to Section 2.04(b), the Parties fail to reach an agreement with respect to the terms (including the Service Charges) applicable to the provision of such New Services.
Academic Policies and Student Support Services X. Xxxx College courses offered as dual credit, regardless of where they are taught, follow the same syllabus, course outline, textbook, grading method, and other academic policies and procedures as the courses outlined in the Hill College policy manual, catalog, and student handbook. Coordination of Services Consultant agrees to work closely with City staff in the performance of Services and shall be available to City’s staff, consultants and other staff at all reasonable times.
