Common use of Recurrent Illnesses Clause in Contracts

Recurrent Illnesses. A staff member is eligible for medical leave under this Article for no longer than 26 weeks in aggregate for each sickness or injury. A new medical leave is deemed to have occurred if there has been a period of at least 26 weeks of service following a previously authorized medical leave.
