Recurring liquidated damages. 5.4.1. If the employee has accepted employment prohibited by the non- competition clause or otherwise, directly or indirectly, conducts impermissible competing activities, and continues or resumes the competing activities after notice regarding the breach of the clause, the arbitration tribunal set out in section 9 may award recurring liquidated damages, i.e. liquidated damages for a certain period of time, e.g. for each day, week or month that the breach continues.
