Recurring Part. Time Position means a position in which: (i) the duties are of a recurring nature from year to year; and (ii) the incumbent is assigned professional support responsibilities of not fewer than eighteen (18) hours per week but fewer than full-time; and (iii) the period worked is not fewer than thirty-two weeks but not more than forty-two (42) weeks, inclusive of vacation, annually. For greater certainty, the annual duration of a recurring part-time position, shall not exceed forty-two (42) weeks, inclusive of vacation.
