Printing and Distribution of Collective Agreement. When a new Collective Agreement has been ratified by both parties, OC shall post the new Collective Agreement, and any subsequent amendments, on the OC Website.
Printing and Distribution of Collective Agreement. 10.1 The College shall provide an electronic copy of the Faculty Collective Agreement on ourNSCC, the College website for staff.
10.2 The College shall provide the link to the electronic copy of the Collective Agreement to each new Faculty Member upon commencement of employment.
10.3 The College shall provide a reasonable number of copies of this Collective Agreement to the Union.
10.4 The College shall also provide a hard copy of this Collective Agreement to any Faculty Member who so requests prior to the printing.

Within three (3) months of notice of ratification, the Company will be responsible for arranging the printing of this Agreement and supplying all employees with a copy at no cost to the employee. Costs associated with the printing of the Agreement shall be shared equally between the Company and the Union.
Printing and Distribution of Collective Agreement. (a) The Facility agrees to arrange for the printing of the required copies of the new collective agreement, in consultation with the Union. The Union shall reimburse the Facility for all reasonable costs incurred in the printing. If agreement on the printing cannot be established, the onus will fall on the Union to have the printing completed. The printing of the collective agreement shall be done by a Union shop.

The Union shall reimburse the Facility for all costs incurred in the printing. Disaster And Fire Plans Facility disaster and fire plans, brought into effect by emergency or by drill shall override the provisions of this Collective Agreement provided always that where overtime is worked by reasons of a disaster drill, equivalenttime off will be granted. Annual chest x-rays and health examinations of each employee covered by this Collective Agreement may be required by the Facility. Health examinations shall be provided by the Facility and shall be at the expense of the Facility.
Printing and Distribution of Collective Agreement shall print and distribute copies of this Agreement to all employees covered by this Agreement no later than three months following ratification by and the Association. Any revisions or additions to this Agreement shall be distributed to all employees covered by this Agreement no later than three months following ratification by and the Association of such revisions or additions.
