RECYCLING OPERATIONS. Contractor shall at its expense provide the necessary labor, equipment, tools, supervision, containers, and all other resources to provide required recycling services assigned to the Contractor as defined in Table H-1 below. Contractor shall provide and place sufficient numbers of containers at various locations at each Transfer Station. In the event the Regional Water Quality Control Board or the LEA require that the containers be covered, Contractor shall provide covered containers for no additional cost to Republic. Contractor shall ensure that all materials are kept inside the recycling containers and that full containers are promptly exchanged for empty containers prior to the time that materials overflow the containers. The location, the number, and the type of container to be used for the deposition of recyclable materials shall be approved by Republic. Recycling services at each Transfer Station shall be made available to the public by the Contractor during the hours that each Transfer Station is open to the public.

RECYCLING OPERATIONS. No scavenging shall be permitted on the Landfill under any circumstances. If the volume of recyclable goods is sufficient, as determined by Xxxxxxxx, those items may be separated from disposal by Xxxxxxxx. Possible recyclable items include white goods, glass, plastic, metals and tires. Items stockpiled for possible recycling shall be maintained in a neat and orderly fashion under roof and Xxxxxxxx may recycle such waste as it desires.

  • Processing operations The personal data transferred will be subject to the following basic processing activities:

  • Recycling If this Agreement provides for the purchase or use of goods specified in PCC 12207 (for example, certain paper products, office supplies, mulch, glass products, lubricating oils, plastic products, paint, antifreeze, tires and tire-derived products, and metal products), this section is applicable with respect to those goods. Without limiting the foregoing, if this Agreement includes (i) document printing, (ii) parts cleaning, or (iii) janitorial and building maintenance services, this section is applicable. Contractor shall use recycled products in the performance of this Agreement to the maximum extent doing so is economically feasible. Upon request, Contractor shall certify in writing under penalty of perjury, the minimum, if not exact, percentage of post consumer material as defined in the PCC 12200, in such goods regardless of whether the goods meet the requirements of PCC 12209. With respect to printer or duplication cartridges that comply with the requirements of PCC 12156(e), the certification required by this subdivision shall specify that the cartridges so comply.

  • Wastewater i.e. wastewater and storm water collection, treatment and management systems.

  • Dewatering 4.7.1 Where a part of a site is affected by surface water following a period of rain, thus rendering some areas unsafe for productive work, consistent with the Employer’s obligations under the OH&S Act, all non- trades employees shall assist in ‘dewatering’ their own work site or area if it is so affected. Such work to be paid at single time rates. Productive work will continue in areas not so affected.

  • Safe Operations Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, an NTO may take, or cause to be taken, such action with respect to the operation of its facilities as it deems necessary to maintain Safe Operations. To ensure Safe Operations, the local operating rules of the ITO(s) shall govern the connection and disconnection of generation with NTO transmission facilities. Safe Operations include the application and enforcement of rules, procedures and protocols that are intended to ensure the safety of personnel operating or performing work or tests on transmission facilities.

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins.

  • Transportation Transportation expenses include, but are not limited to, airplane, train, bus, taxi fares, rental cars, parking, mileage reimbursement, and tolls that are reasonably and necessarily incurred as a result of conducting State business. Each State agency shall determine the necessity for travel, and the mode of travel to be reimbursed.

  • Business Operations Company will provide all necessary equipment, personnel and other appurtenances necessary to conduct its operations. Company will conduct its business operations hereunder in a lawful, orderly and proper manner, considering the nature of such operations, so as not to unreasonably annoy, disturb, endanger or be offensive to others on the Airport. Company will provide all services under this Agreement on a fair and reasonable basis to all users of the Airport. Service will be prompt, courteous and efficient.

  • Stormwater Management The Owner agrees that stormwater management measures shall be applicable to the development of the Lands, in a manner which is in accordance with the provisions of The Drainage Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.D.17 and amendments thereto, and to the satisfaction of the Municipality's Engineer.
