Common use of Redress Clause in Contracts

Redress. 10-9-1 In accordance with procedures established by the District, a Teacher can access the redress process if: • He/she believes there has been a computational error in the way the rating was determined; and/or • He/she believes that the evaluator’s assignment of the Professional Practice rating from a decision band was not reasonable in light of the body of evidence and that assignment had a material impact on the overall final rating; and/or • He/she believes that the evaluator’s assignment of a final rating within a decision box was not reasonable in light of the body of evidence.
