(i) Subparagraph (a) is amended by adding after the words “provided that” the words “after first rounding down to the nearest integer multiple of the Rounding amount and” (ii) Subparagraph (a) is amended by deleting “before the Notification Time on a Business Day” and replacing it with “before the Notification Time on a Local Business Day”.
