Monthly Payments On or before each Transfer Date, the Servicer shall instruct the Trustee in writing (which writing shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto) to withdraw and the Trustee, acting in accordance with such instructions, shall withdraw on such Transfer Date or the related Distribution Date, as applicable, to the extent of available funds, the amounts required to be withdrawn from the Finance Charge Account, the Principal Account, the Principal Funding Account and the Distribution Account as follows:

Remittance Date The 18th day (or if such 18th day is not a Business Day, the first Business Day immediately following) of any month.
Servicing Fee On each Payment Date, the Indenture Trustee on behalf of the Issuer shall pay to the Servicer the Servicing Fee in accordance with Section 4.4 for the immediately preceding Collection Period as compensation for its services. In addition, the Servicer will be entitled to retain all Supplemental Servicing Fees. The Servicer also will be entitled to receive investment earnings (net of investment losses and expenses) on funds on deposit in the Collection Account and the Reserve Account during each Collection Period.
Early Payments The Obligor on the Receivable has made, or will make, the first two monthly payments under such Receivable.
Servicing Fees As compensation for its servicing activities and as reimbursement for its reasonable expenses in connection therewith, the Servicer shall be entitled to receive the Servicing Fees monthly on each Settlement Date. Such Servicing Fees shall be payable from available funds in accordance with Section 2.07 and 2.08 of the Funding Agreement. The Servicer shall be required to pay for all expenses incurred by it in connection with its activities hereunder (including any payments to accountants, counsel or any other Person) and shall not be entitled to any payment therefor other than the Servicing Fees.
Delinquent Payment; Handling Charges All past due payments required of Tenant hereunder shall bear interest from the date due until paid at the lesser of eighteen percent per annum or the maximum lawful rate of interest (such lesser amount is referred to herein as the "Default Rate"); additionally, Landlord, in addition to all other rights and remedies available to it, may charge Tenant a fee equal to five percent of the delinquent payment to reimburse Landlord for its cost and inconvenience incurred as a consequence of Tenant's delinquency. In no event, however, shall the charges permitted under this Section 5 or elsewhere in this Lease, to the extent they are considered to be interest under applicable Law, exceed the maximum lawful rate of interest. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the late fee referenced above shall not be charged with respect to the first occurrence (but not any subsequent occurrence) during any 12-month period that Tenant fails to make payment when due, until five days after Landlord delivers written notice of such delinquency to Tenant.
Payment Due Dates Whenever any payment hereunder shall be stated to be due on a day other than a Business Day, such payment shall be made on the next succeeding Business Day, and such extension of time shall in such case be included in the computation of payment of interest or facility fee, as the case may be; provided, however, that if such extension would cause payment of interest on or principal of LIBO Rate Advances or Floating Rate Bid Advances to be made in the next following calendar month, such payment shall be made on the immediately preceding Business Day.

Excess Spread; Excess Finance Charge Collections The Servicer shall apply, or shall cause the Trustee to apply by written instruction to the Trustee, on each Distribution Date, Excess Spread and Excess Finance Charge Collections allocated to Series 1997-1 with respect to the related Monthly Period, to make the following distributions or deposits in the following order of priority:
