REDUCTION IN HOURS When. the Employer determines it is necessary to reduce the number of hours of any bargaining unit position, an employee whose hours are reduced by 60 minutes or more per day shall have the right to displace a less senior employee(s) in the same classification in order to maintain the current number of hours worked, provided the more senior employee is qualified for the position(s).
