Reductions for Chairpersons. Each Chairperson shall receive a reduction of six semester hours of credit in the normal teaching workload during each semester of service as Chairperson. In the Departments of Physics and Chemistry which offer recitations, the Chairperson shall not be obliged to teach recitations.
