Common use of Referral for Resolution Clause in Contracts

Referral for Resolution. With the consent of all parties to the dispute, a resolution may include referring the matter to a technical body (such as a technical advisory panel of WECC) for resolution or an advisory opinion, to arbitration, directly to FERC or, in a dispute involving a Canadian Member, directly to the appropriate Canadian Regulatory Authority, or, in a dispute involving a Mexican Member, directly to the appropriate Mexican Regulatory Authority.
