Referral of Member to community resources. Appealing a Utilization Management Decision If the Member, the Member’s representative or the Member’s provider disagrees with a Utilization Management decision, Evergreen will review the decision upon the Member’s request. A Utilization Management appeal will be reviewed and decided upon by the Evergreen Medical Director or Associate Medical Director not involved in the initial denial decision. If necessary, the Medical Director or Associate Medical Director will discuss the Member’s case with the Member’s physician and/or request the opinion of a Specialist board certified in the same specialty as the treatment under review. Any non− certification or penalty may be appealed pursuant to Evergreen’s appeals and grievance procedures.

  • Residence Community Living Standards The Residence Community Living Standards (“RCLS”) forms a part of this Agreement. It details the rights, responsibilities, and privileges of Residents as well as the residence conduct process.   • Management; Community Policies Owner may retain employees and management agents from time to time to manage the Property, and Owner’s agent may retain other employees or contractors. Resident, on behalf of himself or herself and his or her Guests, agrees to comply fully with all directions from Owner and its employees and agents, and the rules and regulations (including all amendments and additions thereto, except those that substantially modify the Resident’s bargain and to which Resident timely objects) as contained in this Agreement and the Community Policies of the Property.   • Cultural Resources If a cultural resource is discovered, the Purchaser shall immediately suspend all operations in the vicinity of the cultural resource and notify the Forest Officer. Operations may only resume if authorized by the Forest Officer. Cultural resources identified and protected elsewhere in this contract are exempted from this clause. Cultural resources, once discovered or identified, are not to be disturbed by the Purchaser, or his, her or its employees and/or sub- contractors.

  • Enterprise Information Management Standards Performing Agency shall conform to HHS standards for data management as described by the policies of the HHS Chief Data and Analytics Officer. These include, but are not limited to, standards for documentation and communication of data models, metadata, and other data definition methods that are required by HHS for ongoing data governance, strategic portfolio analysis, interoperability planning, and valuation of HHS System data assets.
