Referral to the Committee. a) A central party that has a dispute regarding the interpretation, application, administration, alleged violation, or arbitrability of a central term, shall refer it forthwith to the Committee by notice of dispute to the co-chair of the other central party, with a copy to the Crown, but in no case later than thirty (30) working days after becoming aware of the dispute. Where the responding party wishes to provide a written response prior to the committee meeting, that response shall be forwarded to the other Central party and the Crown. b) The Committee shall conduct a review of the dispute.
