Reflection period. The Executive is hereby advised of her to right terminate this Agreement, without giving reasons, by means of a written statement addressed to the Executive Vice President, Chief People Officer, 0000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, XX 00000, Xxx.Xxxxxxxx@xxxxxx.xxx. This statement must be received by the Company within seven days after this Agreement has been entered into.
Reflection period. After signature of this agreement the employee is entitled to rescind this agreement once within a period of fourteen (14) days after the date of this agreement, without stating reasons (reflection period). The employee must communicate reliance on this right by means of a written statement addressed to the employer. Reflection period the time period in which the Consumer has the right to exercise his right of withdrawal.
Reflection period. The Student must complete the Program and remain at the Program site until the end date specified in the Program’s academic calendar for both terms. This includes remaining at the Program site through the end of the Reflection period for semester Programs or Reflection Day for summer Programs. An academic year Student is required to participate in the Reflection period for both terms. A Student participating in two summer sessions is required to participate only in the final Reflection Day.
Reflection period. You may terminate the insurance in writing, free of charge and without any premium being owed, within 14 days of receipt of the first certificate of insurance. If you take advantage of this option, the insurance shall be considered never to have been in effect.
Reflection period. 20.1 Executive has the right to terminate this agreement, without stating any reasons, within 14 days after it was concluded, by means of a written statement addressed to AVG.
Reflection period. 5.1. If the Customer is a Natural Person, he will have the right to dissolve the Agreement concluded remotely or the Agreement that was not concluded at the offices of Housing & Co. for a period of 14 days following its conclusion. Such dissolution can take place by means of a Written statement.
5.2. If the execution of the Agreement was started at the explicit request of the Customer before the expiry of the dissolution period and the Customer dissolves the Agreement during the dissolution period, Housing & Co. will charge an amount to the Customer pro rata the part of the Agreement that has already been executed.
Reflection period. 2.1 You have a 7 day reflection period following the purchase of a certain product. You can return the product to us without the need to pay for it, should you be dissatisfied with the purchase within this period of time. You will only need to pay the shipping costs for returning the applicable product to us. You will receive a credit invoice if you have already paid for the product and the amount paid by you will subsequently be refunded to your bank account.
2.2 Any products returned to us must be in their original packaging.
Reflection period. The Employee is entitled to dissolve this agreement without stating reasons within fourteen days after the date on which this agreement has been agreed upon, through a written statement addressed to the Employer. The Parties declare they have discussed all topics relevant to them in relation to the employment agreement and the termination thereof and the Parties have included these topics in this agreement insofar as there was reason to do so. Subject to the provisions of this agreement, the Parties will grant each other full and final discharge (finale kwijting) with respect to anything that may arise in connection with the employment agreement and the termination thereof.
