REFRESHMENT BREAK. 11.01 It is agreed that employees shall be given two (2) ten (10) minute refreshment breaks on each regular working day, evening or night work, or designated shift with no loss of pay. 11.02 Every reasonable effort shall be made to schedule such break at the midway points of the working period as defined. Where refreshments are available, arrangements shall be made to have orders taken by an employee on behalf of and delivered to the employees in the work area. 11.03 Employees who are requested to work overtime shall be allowed a ten (10) minute refreshment break before commencing overtime work.
