Refunds to Employer. The Trustee shall, upon the written direction of the Named Administrative Fiduciary which shall include a certification that such action is proper under the Plan, ERISA and the Code specifying any relevant sections thereof, return to the Employer any amount referred to in section 403(c)(2) of ERISA.
