REFUSAL OF SERVICE. The Contractor shall have the ability to refuse service to a passenger referred by Recipient only if it is believed the passenger cannot be transported safely or the passenger is disruptive, abusive or intoxicated. All service denials shall be reported to the Recipient’s designee as soon as reasonably practical.
