Refusal to Undergo Testing; Tampering with Sample. Employees refusing to undergo testing according to the terms of this policy shall be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination. Employees found supplying or attempting to supply an altered sample or a substitute sample, not their own, by whatever means, shall be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination.
