Common use of Refusal Clause in Contracts

Refusal. The University reserves the right to refuse admission or re-admission to University Housing to a student or void the Contract for reasonable cause. In such cases, the unused room charge payment, plus the deposit, less any damages and outstanding obligations to the University, will be refunded.
