Common use of Refusing to be Union Member Clause in Contracts

Refusing to be Union Member. Upon receipt of written notice from the Union president or designated representative to the Superintendent or designee that an employee has failed to comply with the requirements set forth in this Article, the Employer shall give such employee five (5) working days from the written verification of receipt of notice to comply with these requirements; and then if such employee still refuses to comply, the Employer shall terminate such employee.
