Regional Representation Sample Clauses

Regional Representation. During the period between entry into force of this Agreement and the date of assumption of office by the Secretary General, the entitlement, consistent with paragraph (c) of Article IX of this Agreement, of any group of Signatories seeking representation on the Board of Governors, pursuant to subparagraph (a) (iii) of Article IX of this Agreement, shall become effective upon receipt by the Communications Satellite Corporation of a written request from such group.

Regional Representation. The Board may, but shall not be obligated, to require from time to time that a certain number of Directors be residents of any region specified by resolution of the Board.
