Common use of Regional Router Clause in Contracts

Regional Router. If the Norwegian Competent Authority elects the use of a regional router for information transmission via IDES, information the regional router transmits would be considered provided to, and received by, the U.S. Competent Authority on the date it is successfully uploaded from the router to IDES, and information transmitted by the U.S. Competent Authority would be considered provided to, and received by, the Norwegian Competent Authority on the date it is available for downloading to the router from IDES.
