Registered Documents. The Contractor has prepared, and accepts sole responsibility for, the Registered Documents. Subject to Clause 4.3 (Discrepancies in Documentation), the Contractor shall be solely responsible for any discrepancies, errors or omissions in the Registered Documents and for any failure of the Registered Documents to comply with or be consistent with this Agreement, notwithstanding that the Registered Documents have been seen or acknowledged or approved or not objected to or commented on (or not commented on) by the Authority.

  • Required Documents Prior to the Closing, the Parties agree to authorize all necessary documents, in good faith, in order to record the transaction under the conditions required by the recorder, title company, lender, or any other public or private entity.

  • Record Documents Contractor shall maintain in a safe place at the Site one record copy in hard form or electronically, as preferred by the Owner, of all Drawings, Specifications, Addenda, Written Amendments, Change Orders, Work Change Directives; Field Orders, and written interpretations and clarifications in good order and annotated to show changes made during construction. These record documents together with all approved Samples and a counterpart of all approved Shop Drawings will be available to Architect for reference.

  • Forms and Documents A. Licensee acknowledges that the following permits may be required in order to have the Event at the Property (note – such list is non-exclusive and may not include all possible required permits): sound permit, food service permit, and ABC permit.

  • Paper documents Any paper records must be protected by storing the records in a Secure Area which is only accessible to authorized personnel. When not in use, such records must be stored in a Secure Area.

  • Required Documentation The AGENCY is responsible for ensuring that all documents required by this Contract are current and available for the COUNTY’S review upon request. These documents may include, but are not limited to, certificate(s) of insurance, job descriptions and background check confirmations of staff.

  • INTEGRATED DOCUMENTS Any separate sheet of paper labeled "Additional Disclosure - Federal Truth-In-Lending Act," which is delivered together with this Agreement or at a later date becomes an integrated part of this Agreement and Disclosure.

  • Related Documents The words “Related Documents” mean all promissory notes, credit agreements, loan agreements, environmental agreements, guaranties, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, security deeds, collateral mortgages, and all other instruments, agreements and documents, whether now or hereafter existing, executed in connection with the Loan.
