Registered WISP’s Insurance Obligations. Save as otherwise provided, where the context requires, in the Additional Requirements, the Registered WISP must, at its own expense, obtain and maintain insurance during the term of this Agreement in accordance with clause 6.6 of the STD General Terms.

  • Insurance Obligations Borrower fails to promptly perform or comply with any of the covenants contained in the Loan Documents with respect to maintaining insurance, including the covenants contained in Section 4.4.
