Registrar's records in the case of the Registrar, deliver to the Relevant Issuer, the Guarantor (where the Relevant Issuer is CBQ Finance Limited) and its successor a copy, certified as true and up-to-date by an officer or authorised signatory of the Registrar, of the records maintained by it in accordance with Clause 5.1 (Maintenance of the Register); and
Registrar's records. The Registrar shall retain copies of all letters, notices and other written communications received pursuant to Section 2.1 hereof or this Section 2.6. The Company shall have the right to inspect and make copies of all such letters, notices or other written communications at any reasonable time upon the giving of reasonable prior written notice to the Registrar.
