Registration Fees. (a) Registrar agrees to pay Verisign the non-refundable fees set forth in Exhibit A, or such other amount as may be established in accordance with the notice provision set forth in Section 5.1(b) below, for initial and renewal registrations and other incidental and ancillary services provided by Verisign (collectively, the "Registration Fees"). (b) Verisign reserves the right to adjust the Registration Fees, provided that any price increase shall be made only upon six (6) months prior notice to Registrar (by e-mail, hand, by registered mail, or by courier or express delivery service), and provided that such adjustments are consistent with Verisign's Registry Agreement with ICANN. (c) Registrars shall provide Verisign a payment security comprised of an irrevocable letter of credit or cash deposit (the "Payment Security"). The amount of the Payment Security establishes Registrar's credit limit in the Verisign System and should be based on anticipated monthly level of registrations and other billable transactions. Registrar agrees to modify its Payment Security to support increases in billable transaction volumes as required by the Verisign credit and billing policies. Verisign will invoice Registrar monthly in arrears for each month's Registration Fees. All Registration Fees are due immediately upon receipt of Verisign's monthly invoices. In order to satisfy any outstanding account balances, Verisign may draw upon the Registrar's Payment Security. If this occurs, Registrar agrees to replenish Payment Security to the pre-draw level immediately upon completion of draw. If Registrar's Payment Security is depleted, registration of domain names for the Registrar will be suspended and new registrations will not be accepted until the Payment Security is replenished. (d) The Registration Fees due under this Agreement are exclusive of tax. All taxes, duties, fees and other governmental charges of any kind (including business, levy, sales, turnover, services, use and value-added taxes, but excluding taxes based on the net income of Verisign) which are imposed by or under the authority of any government or any political subdivision thereof on the fees for any services, software and/or hardware shall be borne by Registrar and shall not be considered a part of, a deduction from or an offset against such Registration Fees. Registration Fees. (a) 6.1 The Registrar agrees to pay Verisign the Registry all non-refundable fees set forth in Exhibit A, or such other amount as may be established in accordance with the notice provision set forth in Section 5.1(b) below, for initial and renewal registrations and other incidental and ancillary services provided by Verisign the Registry (collectively, the "Registration Fees").
6.2 The Registration Fees shall be published on the Website or on a closed portal of the Website and/or the Service (be.g. the “Dashboard”) Verisign and shall be subject to change without further notice.
6.3 Any domain names renewal Registration Fees shall apply exclusively to renewals processed at the time. Any future renewals shall be charged against applicable Registration Fees valid on the day of renewal.
6.4 The Registrar hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Registration Fees for certain domain names within the .xx.xxx SLD (Premium Domain Names) may be higher than other domain names within the SLD.
6.5 If the Registrar selects a Premium Domain Name, the Registry shall inform the Registrar of the higher Registration Fees and request approval from the Registrar before proceeding with the registration.
6.6 The Registry shall notify the Registrar of any changes in the Registration Fees via the website or by email at least 1 (one) month in advance. Upon receipt of the notification the Registrar shall have a right to terminate the Agreement by giving the Registry a 1 (one) calendar month’s notice.
6.7 The Registrar shall pay the Registration Fees by a credit card, a direct-debit authorisation or other payment methods (including PayPal or bank transfer), as specified on the Website from time to time.
6.8 The Registry shall have the right to withhold the Services under this Agreement until the payment for Registration Fee is received in full. Any transfer charges shall be borne by the Registrar. The Registry shall process the registration immediately upon receipt of the Registration Fee is received in full.
6.9 The Registry hereby reserves the right to adjust withdraw the registration of the domain in the case of any reversal of charges, clawback, claim or other issue, which obligates the Registry to pay back the Registration FeesFees to any financial institution or payment service.
6.10 The Registry shall provide an electronic invoice. If the Registrar requests a physical invoice to be sent, provided the Registry reserves the right to charge a postage fee and shall have full discretion as to the method of delivering such an invoice to the Registrar.
6.11 Upon termination of the before the end of the Term any outstanding Registration Fees (including those for renewal) shall become immediately due and payable. Any Registration Fees already paid to the Registry shall not be refunded.
6.12 The Registration Fees paid in advance payments for any domains that could not be registered shall be credited back to the Registrar’s account. The Registrar shall be responsible for ensuring that its bank account contains sufficient funds to facilitate any price increase automatic renewal or payment. The Registry reserves the right to refuse any further registrations or renewals in the event of insufficient funds.
6.13 All payments shall be made only upon six (6) months prior notice to Registrar (by e-mail, hand, by registered mail, or by courier or express delivery service), and provided that such adjustments are consistent with Verisign's Registry Agreement with ICANN.
(c) Registrars shall provide Verisign a payment security comprised in the currency of an irrevocable letter of credit or cash deposit (the "Payment Security")invoice. The amount of Registrar shall bear any costs associated with the Payment Security establishes Registrar's credit limit in the Verisign System and should be based on anticipated monthly level of registrations and currency exchange fluctuations or any other billable transactions. Registrar agrees to modify its Payment Security to support increases in billable transaction volumes as required by the Verisign credit and billing policies. Verisign will invoice Registrar monthly in arrears for each month's Registration Fees. All Registration Fees are due immediately upon receipt of Verisign's monthly invoices. In order to satisfy any outstanding account balancescharges, Verisign may draw upon the Registrar's Payment Security. If this occurs, Registrar agrees to replenish Payment Security commissions or fees relating to the pre-draw level immediately upon completion of draw. If Registrar's Payment Security is depleted, registration of domain names for the Registrar will be suspended and new registrations will not be accepted until the Payment Security is replenishedcurrency rate.

Registration Fees. (a) i. (c) Registrars shall provide Verisign a payment security comprised of an irrevocable letter of credit or cash deposit (the "Payment Security"). The amount of the Payment Security establishes Registrar's credit limit in the Verisign System and should be based on anticipated monthly level of registrations and other billable transactions. Registrar agrees to modify its Payment Security to support increases in billable transaction volumes as required by the Verisign credit and billing policies. Verisign will invoice Registrar monthly in arrears for each month's Registration Feesiii. All Registration Fees are due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. The Registrar may be required to fund a Registrar Payment Account (“RPA”) with the Registry from which its Registration Fees for any transaction will be debited immediately upon receipt of Verisign's monthly invoices. In order and to satisfy any outstanding account balanceswhich credits, Verisign may draw upon the Registrar's Payment Security. If this occursif any, Registrar agrees to replenish Payment Security to the pre-draw level immediately upon completion of draw. In the event that the Registrar’s RPA does not have sufficient funds to immediately pay a Registration Fee, then the Registry may, at its sole discretion, suspend the Registrar and new registrations will not be accepted until the Payment Security Registrar’s RPA is replenishedreplenished with sufficient funds to pay the Registration Fees for its submitted transactions.
