REGISTRATION PROCEDURES FOR OUT OF AREA EMPLOYERS AND EMPLOYEES. X. Xx employer signed to the Painters Agreement from outside the area described in Section 1 (above) shall register his/her job or jobs on forms provided under the procedures set forth in this Agreement and deposit the sum of not more than four-hundred ($400.00) dollars, which shall include the Bond Fee, effective July 1, 2006. The registration fee for each anniversary date of this Agreement shall be determined by the Negotiators of this Agreement. These fees shall be paid into the LMCC annually before the commencement of any work on said job or jobs, or stand subject to such damages or liquidated damages as may be deemed sufficient by the LMCC. Said out-of-area contractors will sign a counterpart of this Agreement, and a form will be provided to secure the following necessary and vital information: Firm Name and Address, Name of Owner, Chapter Name and Shop Card Number, State Contractors License Number, Employer's Social Security Account Number, Compensation Insurance Carrier and location of job or jobs, and a statement that said contractor agrees to abide by all conditions as set forth in this Agreement.

  • Leave of Absence for Employees Who Serve as Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association An employee who serves as Local Coordinator for the Ontario Nurses' Association shall be granted leave of absence without pay up to a total of thirty-five (35) days annually. Leave of absence for Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association will be separate from the Union leave provided in (a) above.

  • RESTRICTIONS ON EMPLOYMENT OF FORMER STATE OFFICER OR EMPLOYEE The Engineer shall not hire a former state officer or employee of a state agency who, during the period of state service or employment, participated on behalf of the state agency in this agreement’s procurement or its negotiation until after the second anniversary of the date of the officer’s or employee’s service or employment with the state agency ceased.

  • PROCEDURE FOR GRIEVANCES AFFECTING A GROUP OF EMPLOYEES The Union may elect to file a grievance on behalf of two or more employees. The facts and issues of the grievance must be the same.

  • Award Procedures 8.1. The Award Procedures may be invoked by any Framework Public Body and Call-off Contracts may be entered into at any time during the period of the Framework Agreement.

  • SALARY DETERMINATION FOR EMPLOYEES IN ADULT EDUCATION PCA Article B.3 does not apply in School District No. 34 (Abbotsford).
